Before beginning the formal certification process, organisations may benefit from an optional Pre-Assessment Review of their management system.
At APIC, we offer an independent readiness review service conducted in a way that is distinct from certification and entirely non-advisory.
How it works:

An experienced reviewer conducts a structured assessment of your documented system.

You receive an objective summary of observations, with no recommendations or solutions.

You may use this summary to prepare your system independently, or with the assistance of a consultant of your choice.
This optional readiness review is designed to support your confidence and planning prior to seeking formal certification from your chosen accredited certification body.

This is not a certification audit, nor is it management system consulting.

APIC does not issue solutions, implementation guidance, or corrective action plans as part of this service.

The purpose is to help organisations better understand how their existing documented system compares to the chosen ISO standard, so they can decide independently what to improve.
Impartiality and Separation (Firewall Statement)
APIC operates under defined impartiality and separation controls.
Any pre-assessment readiness review provided by APIC is independent of certification activities conducted by accredited certification bodies.
APIC does not influence certification decisions, auditor selection, audit outcomes, or certification recommendations.
Where any advisory or readiness activity has occurred, APIC will not participate in certification decision-making and will ensure appropriate separation in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021-1 impartiality requirements.
