Australia Pacific Industry Certification workflow process:

Inquiry Form: visitors can enter their contact details and specific requirements. Including fields such as company name, contact person, email address, phone number, industry, and any additional details or questions they may have.

Verification and Confirmation: Once a visitor submits the inquiry form, implement a verification process to ensure the provided contact details are valid. Send an automated confirmation email or display a thank-you message on the website after successful submission.

Pricing Assessment: Assign a dedicated team or individual to review the inquiry and assess the specific requirements. They should consider factors such as the ISO standard(s) requested, company size, industry, location, and any customization or additional services required.

Price Calculation: Based on the assessment, calculate the appropriate price for the ISO certification. Consider the complexity of the certification process, the number of employees, the scope of the certification, and any additional services requested.

Price Proposal: Prepare a detailed price proposal that includes the calculated price, breakdown of costs (if applicable), and any terms and conditions. The proposal should be professional, informative, and tailored to the specific inquiry.

Delivery: Send the price proposal to the inquiry submitter via email, including any relevant attachments such as brochures, case studies, or testimonials. Ensure the email is personalized, addresses the submitter by name, and provides contact information for further assistance.

Follow-up: Follow up with the inquiry submitter within a reasonable timeframe, such as 1-3 business days, to confirm receipt of the price proposal. Offer further assistance, answer any questions they may have, and provide additional information if needed.

Conversion and Closure: Track inquiries and conversions using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or a similar tool. If the submitter accepts the price proposal, guide them through the necessary paperwork, payment process, and scheduling of the certification process. If they decline or require more time, maintain regular communication to address their concerns and provide additional information if necessary.

Ongoing Support: After the certification process is complete, provide ongoing support and assistance to the certified company. This includes addressing any questions or concerns, providing guidance for maintaining compliance, and offering additional services or certifications as needed.
